G Series Gravity Fillers
G Series Gravity Fillers are for small bottles such as Perfume Bottles and Sample Bottles. The combination of pneumatic operation and manual feed make the G-Series simple to operate and low cost.
Features
- Gravity Fed - No pumps required
- Pneumatic Fill Valve - Air-only operation uses pneumatic cylinder to operate gang pinch valve
- Push Button Fill - A hand operated button is pushed to activate valve. Flow rate is adjusted to allow precise and quick filling.
- Manual Advance - The bottle "puck" is advanced by hand. Puck indexes using a detent.
- All Stainless Steel Construction - 304 SS is standard. 316 SS is available for wetted parts
- Multiple pucks permit larger batches
